In order to buy shares, or sell some or all of your shares, you need to contact a stockbroker or share-dealing service. Share dealing services may be telephone, postal or internet based and commission rates can vary considerably. Before selling shares, you should ensure that you have the related share certificate(s). For sales of shares held in certificated form, you will need to present the original certificate(s) to the broker in order to deal. If you are selling shares which are registered in a nominee name, rather than your own name, you need to contact the nominee to make arrangements to sell the shares. Please note that dealing fees will apply and will vary between providers. Note: If you acquired your shares through the Behind Game Group Community Share Offer at the time of the IPO and opted to hold shares in the Company Sponsored Nominee (CSN), you will have access to reduced trading fees for a period of three years following the IPO. If you participated in the Behind Game Group Holdings plc Community Offer, during the application process, you were able to choose if you wanted your shares to be held electronically by the CSN after the IPO. A CSN is somewhere where shares can be lodged for a period of time. Equiniti Financial Services Limited is providing Behind Game Group’s CSN. There are no fees to hold My Body Group shares in the CSN, but there are fees to to buy or sell shares and to ‘transfer-out’ to another broker. On fees, 10 € per trade.

If you have a Shareview Portfolio access number and password, you can change your bank details online. Log in and select 'Change mandate’. As long as your shareholding meets certain criteria, the change will take place straightaway. If you hold 2,500 shares or fewer, you can also change your bank details quickly and easily online and over the telephone by contacting Equiniti. For security reasons, if you hold more than 2,500 shares, you can change your bank details online or download a Bank Mandate Form and return it to Equiniti.

Simply log onto www.shareview.co.uk, and follow the instructions to set up a portfolio via the ‘Register’ tab at the top of the homepage. It’s simple, free and easy. Through the Shareview service, you can: - access details about your shares; - check sales, purchases or transfers relating to your shares; - ask to receive important shareholder information by email, directly to your inbox; - update your name, address or bank details online; - register your voting instructions for Behind Game Group Holdings plc’s Annual General Meetings; and - receive an email when Behind Game Group Holdings plc publishes its Annual Report or publishes financial results and shareholder circulars. You may not have a paper certificate if you hold your shares through a nominee account, for example if you chose to hold them electronically with the CSN after the IPO. If you hold shares in a certificated (paper) form and they have been lost or stolen, you should report the loss of your share certificate immediately to Equiniti and ask for a replacement by sending an email to mybodygroup@equiniti.com, or in writing to Equiniti, Aspect House, Spencer Road, Lancing Business Park, Lancing, West Sussex, BN99 6DA. You will be sent a letter of indemnity to sign and return. A new certificate will then be sent to you. Please note, there is a charge for this service.

In the event of the death of a shareholder, the next of kin or administrator of the estate should contact our Registrar, Equiniti. Equiniti have a Designated Bereavement Services Helpline on 0371 384 2793 (UK) or +44 121 415 0875 (overseas). You will be asked to supply a certified copy or the original of the death certificate, together with an appropriate authority to deal with the estate, such as a Grant of Probate. They will then place a temporary marker on the register to ensure that wherever possible, they do not issue further dividend payments or other correspondence in the shareholder's name.

Behind Game Group currently intends to retain any future earnings to finance the operation and expansion of the business, and does not expect to declare or pay any cash dividends in the foreseeable future. Any decision to declare and pay dividends will be made at the discretion of the Directors and will depend on, among other things, applicable law, regulation, restrictions on the payment of dividends in financing arrangements, financial position, the Company’s distributable reserves, regulatory capital requirements, working capital requirements, finance costs, general economic conditions, and other factors the Directors deem significant from time to time.
